All outcomes, including delays, additional requests, or refusals, remain beyond our control.
3. Payment Terms
- Clients agree to pay all applicable service fees as communicated prior to service initiation.
- For selected services (including Student Visa applications):
60% payment is required upfront, and the remaining balance is payable after visa approval. - Payments must be made through our official channels (e.g., PayPal or approved payment gateways).
Trek Visa reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Refund Policy
- All initial payments are strictly non-refundable once the application process has commenced.
- No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Visa refusal or rejection
- Submission of false, incomplete, or misleading information
- Failure to provide required documentation within the requested timeframe
Refunds, if any, are granted solely at the exclusive discretion of Trek Visa under exceptional circumstances.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are fully responsible for:
- Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information
- Submitting all required documents in a timely manner
- Cooperating with all requests related to their application
Failure to comply may result in delays, rejection, or termination of services without refund.
6. Processing Times
Processing times are determined by embassies and immigration authorities and may vary significantly.
Trek Visa does not guarantee timelines and shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trek Visa shall not be held liable for:
- Visa refusals or denials
- Delays or administrative decisions by authorities
- Financial or personal losses resulting from application outcomes
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
